ABOUT KIN KIN
KIN KIN is a charming town located in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, just 50 minutes to Sunshine Coast Airport and 30 minutes to the exquisite Noosa Heads with its stunning beaches, divine restaurants and well-known art scene.
The quaint little town with a population of 200 began its days as a timber town and was famous for its cedar and eucalyptus. Years later it became the perfect place for dairy farms and now has evolved into a farming hub which provides fresh produce to Sunshine Coast restaurants.
Kin Kin is also close to a series of tracks and trails called the Noosa Network Trail which are revered amongst hikers, runners, cyclists and mountain bikers. Kin Kin offers great food and atmosphere at Black Ant Gourmet @ Kin Kin General Store and the historic
Kin Kin Hotel which is currently undergoing a restorative renovation.
KIN KIN FARM HOUSE HISTORY
The beautiful KIN KIN FARM HOUSE originates from the 1920s. The then dairy and pig farm was part of a 5,000 lush acreage surrounded by banana plantations. The large Queenslander has been turned into a country style luxury home whilst respecting its heritage and history.
This 5.5 acre property with views to Cooloola Sandpatch can easily accommodate 10 people and is an ideal entertainment setting for any executive retreat or family gathering.
Now it’s your perfect location to enjoy friends, colleagues or family. Absorb the fresh country air, have a dip in the heated pool, or soak in the hot tub before tonight’s barbecue or pizza night. Relax and enjoy!
