RATES AND PAYMENT TERMS
Rates: $800 per night, $500 cleaning fee per stay
Check-in: 2.00pm Check-out: 10.00am
Payment terms:
- 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking
- 50% non-refundable final payment 7 days prior to arrival
- If you need to cancel your booking you will forfeit your deposit
- Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will incur an additional 20% fee charged from the balance owing.

LOWER LEVEL AND SURROUNDS
• Massive lower level entertaining area with dining and media room, stylish bar area, billiard/pool table, additional bathroom and laundry.
• Opens to an alfresco 36-seat outdoor undercover entertaining barn with firepit, pizza oven and BBQ.
• Surrounding landscaped grounds feature a heated pool, hot tub and outdoor showers.

• Projector and screen, Satellite NBN, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney channels, Telstra WiFi.
• Resident droughtmaster cattle, fruit trees, vegetable gardens and country views.
• Drive through 2 car remote garage with internal access.
